Non-Kuwaiti citizens are admitted based on available seats and their Secondary School percentage/GPA, which cannot be lower than that of admitted Kuwaiti applicants in the same discipline.

Various categories (children of Kuwaiti women, spouses of Kuwaiti citizens, GCC citizens, children of diplomats, etc.) have specific seat allocations (15 seats for undetermined nationality, 1% for each GCC country)

Science Major: 80% or equivalent GPA

Liberal Arts Major: 85% or equivalent GPA

TOEFL PBT: 310+

IELTS: 6.5 Overall Band Score.
